The Louisiana Children and Youth Planning Board Toolkit assembles the documents the Models for Change Project National Resource Bank consultants use to establish, strengthen and advance local CYPBs.  The broader goal of the initiative is to support effective community-based alternatives for youth that contact the juvenile justice system from the point of police contact and juvenile court referral through alternatives to secure confinement.  It is intended to augment guidance that was originally published in the CYPB enabling legislation.
