The National Resource Bank is a group of prominent juvenile justice organizations and experts funded by the Foundation to furnish consulting and technical assistance services on an ongoing basis to the Models for Change effort. Collectively, they represent a treasury of knowledge and tools, training and technical assistance, advocacy and public education strategies that can be drawn upon by those working on juvenile justice system reform at the state and local levels.
