N.J. juveniles need lawyers

There aren't a lot of decisions that kids under the age of 18 are allowed to make on their own.
We have laws that restrict when and where they can work and for how long, and when they can start driving. You can't enforce a contract that a child has signed. Many teen moms still need parental authorization to seek their own medical care.
