Jeff Juvenile Services Director Named Champion of Change

Jefferson Parish Juvenile Services director Roy Juncker has been named a "Champion for Change'' by the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation for his work in seeking to reform the juvenile justice system. Juncker was one of seven people honored during an awards ceremony Tuesday in Washington, D.C.
