The U.S. Supreme Court's decision on juvenile life sentences will affect incarcerated youth in Louisiana, though the exact number remains uncertain. The court issued its decision Monday in Graham vs. Florida, a case involving a repeat juvenile offender who committed burglary and was sentenced to life in prison.
