Local sites and partners

In-state grantees who have a vital stake in improving each state's juvenile justice system and ultimately carry out the reform work.  

Models for Change supports public agencies and organizations, and private statewide advocacy groups. The initiative also partners with agencies and units of local government, and provides direct support to demonstration sites modeling best practices in Models for Change states.

Demonstration counties

Washington has five Models for Change sites promoting juvenile justice reforms (download map):

Benton-Franklin Counties

Clark County
